QuoteIQ is the best value for one- to ten-person shops that quote a lot. The AI Estimator, Options and Package estimates and a full set of quote-to-cash tools start at $29.99/mo for one user, with published prices on every plan. Choose something else if you need online booking on a budget, QuickBooks Desktop, payroll, or a dispatch board for 20+ techs.

What QuoteIQ is
QuoteIQ is a field service and contractor CRM for home service businesses, from solo operators to owners running more than one company. It was founded in 2023, is based in Savannah, Georgia, and is bootstrapped. The vendor lists 50+ trades, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, lawn care, pressure washing, cleaning, painting and roofing. It runs on iOS, Android and the web. The full feature list is on QuoteIQ's features page.
Who it's for, by crew size
Solo operators
Essentials at $29.99/mo undercuts Jobber Core ($49) and Housecall Pro Basic ($79), and it already includes estimates, invoices, scheduling, online payments, customer financing and the AI Virtual Call Team. For a one-truck business that is most of the job. Our one-person shop guide covers what else you need.
Two to four people
Beginner ($99.99, 2 users) adds QuoteIQ Cam, satellite measuring and Google Calendar Sync. Pro ($199.99, 4 users) is where a dispatching shop lands: individual job assignment, On The Way texts, QuickBooks Online, job costing and in-app calling.
Five to ten people
Pro caps at four users, so extra people are $25/mo each. At ten people Elite ($299.99) is cheaper than Pro plus six users and adds route optimization, online booking, inventory and EmployeeHub.
Eleven to twenty, or several businesses
Max ($699.99, 20 users) adds crew management, a Sales Team Tracker, a dedicated account manager, the AI Website Builder and four businesses. Past 20 techs with dedicated office staff, the vendor itself concedes ServiceTitan does more.
Features, area by area
AI estimating and quoting
The AI Estimator takes a description or property photos, asks follow-up questions and suggests line items and prices for you to review. AI Copilot edits estimates by voice or text, and the price book turns saved services into totals. Estimates come in Standard, Options and Package formats, with e-signatures, deposits and push alerts when a customer views or accepts. MapMeasure Pro (Beginner+) measures from satellite imagery, and InstaQuote (Elite+) lets customers self-quote. Read more on the AI quoting page. In our use, quoting is where QuoteIQ is strongest.
Scheduling, dispatch and routing
Day, week and month calendar views, recurring visits, desktop drag-to-schedule with Undo, and conflict warnings. Individual assignment is Pro+, crew assignment Max. Route The Day reorders a rep's stops and shows the miles saved (Elite+). GPS comes from the phone, not vehicle hardware.
Invoicing and payments
Estimate-to-invoice conversion, mass and recurring invoices, Net 15/30 terms, card and ACH through Stripe, deposits, partial payments and Pay Over Time financing through Stripe or Whop. Job costing is Pro+. Processing fees are not published.
Communications and the AI receptionist
ClientHub gives you a business number, two-way texting, in-app calling, voicemail transcripts, MMS and AI call summaries (calling and texting are Pro+). The Virtual Call Team answers the line, records caller details and can work from knowledge bases about your service area and prices. It is listed from Essentials up and uses IQ Credits.
Client portal, CRM and marketing
Customers get a branded portal to see balances, accept or decline estimates, manage saved cards and request appointments. Email and text automation is Pro+, pipelines and mass campaigns Elite+. Review Multiplier sends automatic review requests (when an invoice is paid or an estimate is accepted) on Elite and up, and drafts replies to Google reviews.
Team, inventory and integrations
Inspection and job forms, time tracking, roles and permissions, and EmployeeHub (Elite+). Inventory (Elite+) tracks stock by warehouse, truck or job site with purchase orders and low-stock alerts. QuickBooks Online sync (Pro+) pushes invoices, payments, customers and sales tax; QuickBooks Desktop is not supported.

Pros and cons
- $29.99/mo entry plan with published prices on every tier
- AI Estimator drafts line items for you to review
- Options and Package estimates for tiered quotes
- AI receptionist and customer financing from Essentials
- Automatic review request on every paid invoice
- Online booking and routing need the $299.99 Elite plan
- QuickBooks, job costing and calling need Pro
- AI and messaging usage can cost extra via IQ Credits
- QuickBooks Desktop not supported
- Older prices still appear on some vendor pages
Limitations
QuoteIQ's own comparison pages are candid about the gaps. There is no payroll, bookkeeping, business financing or expense cards; the app is English-only; tracking is phone GPS only; and there is no conversational AI analytics, which the vendor calls "a real gap". A website builder is Max-only or a $34.99 add-on, whereas Jobber includes one on every plan. Against ServiceTitan it is weaker on custom dashboards, technician scoring, equipment-linked memberships and large-team dispatch. Call tracking and marketing attribution are not listed as features. The trade pages are also generic: the electrician page, for example, has no electrical templates or load calculations.

Our verdict
If you run a small shop and win work by quoting, QuoteIQ gives you more for the entry price than anything else we cover. Budget for Pro once you are dispatching a team. If you mostly need booking and a polished dispatch board, compare it in QuoteIQ vs Jobber and our field service software roundup. Electricians should read QuoteIQ for electrical contractors.

Is QuoteIQ worth it for a small contractor?
For most small shops that quote a lot, yes. Essentials at $29.99/mo includes estimates, invoices, scheduling, online payments, financing and the AI receptionist, which is more than most entry plans. It becomes less of a bargain if you need online booking or routing, which require the $299.99 Elite plan.
How much does QuoteIQ cost?
Five plans: Essentials $29.99/mo (1 user), Beginner $99.99 (2), Pro $199.99 (4), Elite $299.99 (10) and Max $699.99 (20). Extra users are $25/mo on any plan. Annual billing is advertised as two months free. AI and communication usage beyond monthly IQ Credits may cost extra.
Does QuoteIQ have a free trial?
Yes. Every plan has a 14-day free trial, and you need a credit or debit card to start. Plan features and usage limits apply during the trial, so start on the tier you would actually buy and run real jobs through it before the first charge.
Does QuoteIQ work with QuickBooks?
It syncs with QuickBooks Online on the Pro plan and above, pushing invoices, payments, customers, products and services, and sales tax automatically. QuickBooks Desktop is not supported. If your bookkeeper runs Desktop, that alone may rule QuoteIQ out until the vendor adds it.
What are QuoteIQ's biggest limitations?
Tier gating is the main one: QuickBooks, job costing and in-app calling need Pro, and online booking, routing and inventory need Elite. There is also no payroll or bookkeeping, no vehicle GPS hardware, English only, and AI usage runs on credits that may cost extra.
What do QuoteIQ users rate it?
As checked on 25 Oct 2026: 4.7 out of 5 from about 3,400 ratings on the Apple App Store, 4.4 stars on Google Play, 5.0 from 6 reviews on Capterra and 5.0 from 1 review on GetApp. G2 has no star rating yet. Praise centres on fast, easy quoting.
